Gizzard Stir-Fry with Boiled Plantain

I ate something similar at a location and have been craving for it, decided to make me my own stir-fry gizzard and believe me it turned out YUMMILICIOUS...with ma boiled plantain, am definitely going to make this again and i bet you would when you try it...Wink

Ingredients

  • gizzard
  • sesame oil
  • butter
  • minced garlic
  • onions
  • soy sauce
  • chilli
  • chicken stock

  • corn flour
  • red pepper cut in long strips
  • yellow pepper cut in long strips
  • green pepper cut in long strips
  • carrot cut in long strips

Lets Cook...
1. You can boil the plantain with the skin to retain all the nutrient or take the skin out and put in a pot with water on heat. Add salt and allow to boil.
2. Put a pan on fire. Add the sesame oil and butter. When hot enough add the onions and garlic. Add the gizzard and Stir fry until its cooked.
3. Add all the vegetables. Add soy sauce, chilli and pour in the chicken stock.
4. Mix the corn flour with little hot water to make it dissolve fast. Pour it into the sauce. Keep stirring until it thickens to the consistency you want.
5. The plantain should be ready by now...Serve and enjoy...Wink
